Our yoga program is designed to provide any person with the benefits of yoga practice. Yoga has immense benefits beyond the mat- intentional breathing relieves stress and tension within the body and mind while the physical movement increases circulation and range of motion in a gentle and gradual way. You do not have to be flexible or fit to do yoga! With personalized instruction and custom poses to work for any body type and skill level. Yoga will support you in your journey to greater calm and joy in all that you do.

What to bring:
-A yoga mat or exercise mat, towel or small blanket

In the event of rain or extreme temperatures, the program will be cancelled.
